We are living in a world where new realities seem to emerge every day: new technologies, new behaviours, new politics. This talk will focus on developing an approach to better process, think, and act in this newness. Angela Oguntala is a director at Greyspace, a design and futures consultancy. She has worked in education, healthcare, finance, fashion, sustainability and in various other spaces across culture and technology. Her clients range from small organizations to Fortune 500 companies. She is a Salzburg Global Fellow, was named a Future Innovator by The United Nations ICT / Ars Electronica, and recently featured as a leading creative entrepreneur in the new Kinfolk book. Everyone wants to be an “influencer” because influence leads to fame. And fame often leads to money and growth. But where do you begin, especially if you don’t have much of a following or online presence? Well in this session, Venngage’s Head of Marketing, Nadya Khoja will share some strategies she’s picked up that helped her “hack” her way up the influencer ladder. Following the mantra that “experience is not a measure of time, but rather a measure of output”, Nadya will walk you through her process for rapidly testing “influence” experiments that in turn have lead to Venngage’s growth.
